Payment

• Payments are to be made in full before I fully complete commissions.• Price may increase with character complexity.• Payments are to be made through PayPal in USD, Wise or PayFast.Refund eligibility are as follows:
• No progress made: 90%
• Sketch: 75%
• Lined: No refunds• Payment plans are availablePlans are to be negotiated subject to commission type (but may not be available for every type of commission)

Work Process

• Commissioner must have a clear, Safe For Work, flat coloured reference sheet of the character/s. Failure to provide one may result in refusal or delay of the commission.• Commissioners are to clearly communicate the concept for their commission through wording and images. I will not be held responsible for missing elements of an artwork through the result of improper communication.• Work In Progress sketches will be sent to finalize the end result of the commission.• At the sketch stage commissioners are to clearly communicate any changes they wish to have made as edits after lining will come at a cost of $5 per edit.

For 3D Work

• Please be sure to read and comply with the TOS of base creators. Most often you must show that you own the base before I can work with you.• Any assets you wish to have on your avatar must be owned by both parties, if I do not own the asset it will be included in the price.• Avatars are uploaded onto my VRC account for offline testing to check they are in proper working order and to take photos and videos for showcasing purposes.• All commissioners will receive the retexture PNG files of the base.• Doing 3D work is a new venture for me but do ask if there is something you would like done.

Behaviour

• Communication should be kept professional and friendly. I reserve the right to cancel your commission if this term is infringed (eg. Disrespect, inappropriate behavior, discrimination of any sort etc.)• During the commission process it is important to be transparent and understanding throughout. Art takes time, your patience is appreciated• I retain the right to terminate a commission if the commissioner is disrespectful in any manner (harassment, bigotry, ect.)

Finished Artwork

• I will allow commissioners to print out the commission as merchandise for private use only (badges, wall print etc), my work may not be used to create profit in any form.• I claim all credit for the artwork, please credit me when posting your commission on your profile of any social media.• Know that I will be using your commission as examples for my portfolios.• My work may not be used in the training of image generating AI under any circumstances.
